All items must be returned in the same condition you received them in. Shipping charges are not included.

within 30 days of your purchase you may choose to upgrade to a higher level package such as the Explorer or Pro Package. You may also increase the length of your umbilical cable. There will be no labor charges, we only charge you for parts.

4. Camera Replacement Program
For a small fee you can enroll in our site unseen camera replacement program. If your camera fails for any reason we will send you a replacement. In most cases this will happen the next business day. We will send you a return label for the defective unit to be boxed up and shipped back to us.
